Section 235

Right of member of a company to copies of the Financial Statements and the auditor’s report.—(1) Any member of the company is entitled, on request and on payment of such fee as may be fixed by the company to be provided with a copy of any financial statement. The copy must be provided within seven days after the request is received by the company.

(2) Any contravention or default in complying with requirement of this section shall be an offence liable to a penalty of level 1 on the standard scale.
