Section 185

Prohibition regarding distribution of gifts.—(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, a company shall not distribute gifts in any form to its members in its meeting.

(2) Any contravention or default in complying with requirement of this section shall be an offence liable to a penalty of level 1 on the standard scale.
