Section 106

Modification in the particulars of mortgage or charge.—Whenever the terms or conditions or extent or operation of any mortgage or charge registered under this Part are modified, it shall be the duty of the company to send to the registrar the particulars of such modification together with a copy of the instrument evidencing such modification verified in the specified manner, and the provisions of this Part as to registration of mortgage or charge shall apply to such modification of the mortgage or charge as aforesaid.
