Section 442

Provisions relating to names, inquiries to apply to foreign companies.—The provisions of sections 10 to 13 relating to names and changes in the names of companies shall, as far as applicable, also apply to companies to which this Part applies; and the power of inspection, inquiries and investigation conferred by this Act on the registrar and the Commission in respect of companies shall likewise extend to such companies.
