Section 412
Inspection of documents.—(1) After an order for a winding up by or subject to the supervision of the Court, the Court may make such order for inspection by creditors and contributories of the company of its documents as the Court thinks just, and any documents in the possession of the company may be inspected by creditors or contributories accordingly.
(2) The order as aforesaid may, in the case of voluntary winding up, be made by the Commission.
(3) Nothing in sub-section (1) shall be taken as excluding or restricting any rights conferred by any law for the time being in force—
(a) on the Federal Government or a Provincial Government; or
(b) on the Commission or any officer thereof; or
(c) on any person acting under the authority of any such Government or the Commission or officer thereof; or
(d) on the registrar.
