Section 386

Appointment of voluntary liquidator as official liquidator in certain cases.—Where an order has been made for the winding up of a company subject to supervision, and an order is afterwards made for winding up by the Court, the Court shall by the last mentioned order, appoint the voluntary liquidator, either provisionally or permanently, and either with or without the addition of any other person, to be official liquidator in the winding up by the Court.
