Section 355

Notice by liquidator of his appointment.—(1) The liquidator shall, within ten days after his appointment, file with the registrar for registration a notice of his appointment in the specified form.

(2) If the liquidator fails to comply with this section, he shall be liable to a daily penalty of level 1 on the standard scale.
